Every ticket comes pre-solved
When the AI escalates an email into a ticket, it doesn't just forward the problem — it does the work first. Each ticket contains the full conversation history with the customer, an AI analysis of what the customer wants and what the relevant shop data says (order status, tracking, refund eligibility), a ready-to-send reply draft in your tone of voice, and — where applicable — prepared Shopify actions such as an order cancellation, a refund, an address change, a discount code or an order note.
Resolving a ticket is then a matter of clicking “Apply solution”: send the reply, execute the prepared action, or do both at once. If you'd rather adjust something first, edit the draft inline and send when you're happy.
Organized the way support teams actually work
- Categories — tickets are auto-categorized (returns, shipping, product questions, billing and more) so you can focus on one type of work at a time.
- Archive — resolved tickets move out of your way but stay fully searchable, and the AI keeps learning from them.
- Search, filters & sorting — find any ticket by customer, subject, order number, category, status or assignee; sort by age, priority or last activity.
- Bulk actions — select multiple tickets and archive, categorize or assign them in one go. Perfect for cleaning up after a busy sale weekend.
- Tabs & pagination — open, assigned, resolved and archived tickets each get their own view, so large volumes stay manageable.
Staff assignment — by you or by the AI
Working with a team? Create staff members (or import them from Shopify) and give each one a short responsibilities description — e.g. “handles returns, refunds and damaged items”. When the AI escalates a ticket that clearly matches someone's responsibilities, it assigns the ticket automatically and the team member receives an email notification with a link straight to the ticket. Manual assignment from the list or detail view works too, of course — assignments are visible and filterable, so everyone always knows who owns what.
Connected to your real shop data
Because supportif.ai runs inside Shopify, every ticket is linked to the actual customer and their orders. No copy-pasting order numbers into another tool, no switching tabs: the AI has already looked up the order, checked the fulfillment status and prepared the appropriate response. You review, approve, done.
